It's like a dance...

Over the years I have observed a correlation between photographing the built environment and various dancing styles. Almost all of my AEC client’s needs fall into three distinct categories. Some are more budget driven while other’s attention is focused on creating an immersive experience. However, most clients prefer an equal measure of each.

Interpretative Dance

$300.00

This dance includes little to no direction from my clients. I am provided no more than an address and an agreed upon date to photograph the space or building. I am given carte blanche as I move through the space and there will be little to no staging. This is the most cost-effective way to commission images for marketing purposes.

Two Step

$600.00

For projects and clients that require more attention to detail. A representative, typically someone who worked on the project, will accompany me on the day of the shoot. I work closely with my client and together we collaborate on how to best highlight the unique features as well as minimize any distractions.

A Line Dance

$1,200.00

This is for large scale and high-end projects requiring choreography of all stakeholders with the same considerations of the Two Step applied. However, decluttering and staging the space is a top priority. Models and props may be used to fill the space. These projects are often shot at multiple times in one day or over several days.
